When Someone Has Passed Away

If someone in our Harbor Family or a family member of someone that attends The Harbor has passed away, please let us know so we may contact the family to offer our support and condolences.
Our Support Groups provide a place where people can experience the presence and power of God to heal deep wounds, chart new directions, and find hope and healing. In groups like these, many people have learned new and productive ways to think about their problems and opportunities, and have developed strong friendships with people who understand, because they have been there.
The encouragement received from one another is combined with clear teaching from God’s Word to help people take steps in their recovery journey. These groups are entirely confidential. If you have any questions please contact us here.

Hope and Healing

Hope and Healing is a prayer and support group that provides a safe Christian environment for mothers of children who have been arrested and may be serving probation or facing incarceration.
Our mission:
To live lives that are fully alive and surrendered to God’s will—free of fear, guilt, shame, embarrassment, and anger—and to fight for the lives of our children using the most powerful weapon of all: prayer.   The group meets at 6:30 PM the second  Tuesday of each month. Contact us for more information.

Grief Share

Grief Share is for anyone who has lost a loved one. It offers a structured and safe place to walk through grief, where you will be surrounded by those who understand the depth of your loss.  We will learn from weekly curriculum and have time to share with one another (if you desire) and be reminded that God has not forgotten or forsaken us! There is no cost to attend.  Please park in the small parking lot. As you enter the building, a Grief Share team leader will welcome you at the door and direct to the group. Registration is helpful but not required. Our Fall 2026  group will begin on August 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM, on Sunday afternoons. We meet in Harbor Room 2 and 3 (enter through the office doors) to work through a 13-week program together ending November 15.  (We are sorry, but there is no childcare available for this support group.)
